Terms of Service

Last updated:

Draft. These terms are a placeholder describing TaskFlow's actual practices in good faith — they have not yet been finalized by legal counsel (governing law and a jurisdiction-specific liability cap are still pending). Treat them as informational until this notice is removed.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using TaskFlow, you agree to these terms. If you're using TaskFlow on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

Accounts and workspaces

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. A workspace is invite-based: owners and admins control membership and roles; removing yourself, or being removed, ends your access to that workspace's tasks.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use TaskFlow for anything illegal, or to store content you don't have the right to share with your workspace.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Don't use another person's account or impersonate another member.

AI agents and bots

You may connect AI agents to TaskFlow over MCP or a bot token. You're responsible for actions your bots take, the same way you're responsible for your own account. A bot acts under its own identity, never as a human member, and you can revoke it at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, comments, and attachments your workspace creates. You grant us only the license needed to host, store, and display that content back to your workspace so the service can work.

Service availability

TaskFlow is under active development and provided "as is," without uptime or availability guarantees at this stage. Features may change or be removed as the product evolves.

Fees

TaskFlow is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you before anything you use starts being charged.

Termination

You may stop using TaskFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TaskFlow is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change materially.
